TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE DEALS TRACKER, LLC OR ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Deals Tracker, LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
